5 Steps to Hosting Your Church Event

  1. Receive proper approval from your LMUMC staff representative to host your event.
  2. Once you have staff approval, please complete the Facility Request Form to reserve a space for your event.
  3. Once your Facility Request has been approved, complete the Communications Request Form to promote your event.
  4. For larger events, contact Cyndie Petrus and complete your Room Setup Request 2 weeks prior to your event.
  5. Host your event!
