Angel Tree Outreach: Share the Love of Christ This Christmas

The Christmas season is a powerful reminder of God’s generosity and the joy of giving. This year, our church family has another beautiful opportunity to bless children and families in our community through our Angel Tree Outreach, running from November 24th through December 14th.

Each tag on our tree represents a need—whether it’s a child’s Christmas wish list or a family in need of a Christmas tree. With every tag taken and every gift returned, we share the love, compassion, and hope of Christ in a tangible way.

How It Works

Visit the Angel Tree
Beginning November 24th, our Angel Tree will be displayed in the Sanctuary lobby. Hanging from its branches are two types of tags—green gift tags for children and red tree tags for families in need of a Christmas tree.

Choose a Tag

  • Green Tags: These tags include a child’s age and their Christmas wish list.
  • Red Tags: These tags represent a family in need of a 6-7 foot pre-lit Christmas tree & ornaments for their home.
  • Select the tag (or tags) you feel led to take and participate in blessing a child or family this season.

Go Shopping

  • If you picked a green child tag, shop for the requested gifts on the list.
  • If you picked a red tree tag, purchase a 6-7 foot pre-lit tree & ornaments so a family from can celebrate Christmas with joy.

Attach the Tag to Your Gifts
Once your items are purchased, please attach the tag to the gifts or tree box. This helps ensure each family receives the correct items.

Return Gifts by December 14th / Trees & Ornaments by December 4th
Please bring all gifts and Christmas tree donations back to the Sanctuary lobby and place them under or beside the Angel Tree.

Why It Matters

For many families in our community, Christmas can feel heavy and uncertain. Through the Angel Tree Outreach, we get to shine the light of Christ—reminding children they are loved, supporting families in need, and offering hope through generosity.

Just as God gave generously to us through His Son, we now have the opportunity to reflect that same love to others. We invite you to pray for every child and family represented on the tree and to participate in any way God leads you.
